Employers have very keen interest in the working life of their employees. Employers always want their employees to be under the supervision of them.

These things can be achieved by making some laws and regulations which hold their employees together and link them to their boss or their employer.

The role of employers in the election campaign is just like the role of a merchant in during the trade. As a successful merchant, who wants the maximum profit out of this goods, so does the employer who is either actively or inactively involved in the election campaign wants the maximum votes or decision in favor of him or her.

No matter what has been the face of relation between the employees and employers but the time of election employees do want their employers to launch a complete set of review or revival of rules and regulation which can help them to work for the better future of company and their own selves.

Election campaigns always need men power to arrange the public meetings and public helping image for the election candidate.

This is also true for those employers who are very much interested into the matters of employees by their own selves or take very good interest in the employee relations.
