What is business research?
"A research is complete and exhaustive detail about any certain object/event/subject for which the research has been done."

Why research is so important in business or any other form of life?
When ever there is a problem in common life of a human being, he/she tends to find the root cause of that problem because with out knowing it he/she will not be able to make any decision or plan to cope with that problem.
In order to investigate and provide the solution of some problem we must have some background information about the problem, and this is known as "Problem Statement"
