Research in Business - An Introduction

What is business research?

"A research is complete and exhaustive detail about any certain object/event/subject for which the research has been done."

"A research is just like an old architecture, which contains all the discovered details but still have something left to be discovered."

Why research is so important in business or any other form of life?

When ever there is a problem in common life of a human being, he/she tends to find the root cause of that problem because with out knowing it he/she will not be able to make any decision or plan to cope with that problem.

In order to investigate and provide the solution of some problem we must have some background information about the problem, and this is known as "Problem Statement"

What researcher has to do?

  • Create an hypothesis
  • Identify the research factors
  • Create a proposal
  • Construct a plan
  • Design the action plan
